Team Serra-Longo 145-pounder James Jenkins looks to remain undefeated against Evan Chmieleski at Ring of Combat 37 on Friday, September 9 at the Trop in Atlantic City.
James specified that Chmielski is the scheduled opponent, but this is subject to change based on the medical suspension from Chmielski’s CFFC 10 fight this past weekend.
On his way to a spotless 3-0 record as a professional, James has won by first-round KO over a powerful Mike Prokop at ROC 30, first-round submission over Yaser Shaukat at ROC 33, and most recently a unanimous decision over Jason McLean at ROC 36, a fight he took on short notice.
James comes from a wrestling background, but as you’ll see in the video above, he definitely likes to mix it up inside the cage, he can take a shot, and he carries some heavy power in those hands.
