In the first fight of the night, English, fighting out of Bellmore Kickboxing, scored with the left hook all fight and avoided any real damage when Maldarelli (Fusion Competition Team) turned up the heat in Rd. 2. In the end, English outmaneuvered and outpunched a tough Maldarelli and took the decision from all three judges. Exciting fight to kick things off.
